2. Stripe Account Creation (by us)

We create the Stripe account in your name. Once Stripe sends the confirmation email, forward it to info@ehene.com. Do not click "Forgot password".

3. Filling in Business Details (by us)

We enter the business information according to what you provided in the application form.

4. Adding Bank Details (by us)

We link the account with:

• Paysera Albania — for applicants from Albania
• OneFor Kosova — for applicants from Kosovo

5. Activating 2FA Security

Install an Authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator). Once you generate the code, send it to us via WhatsApp — always in coordination with us.

6. Identity Verification (by you)

After coordinating on WhatsApp, you will receive a verification link via email. Upload your passport or ID (Albania/Kosovo). Verification is done through Stripe’s system — you do not need to send us any documents.

From 1% – 2.9% + €0.30 per payment + 0.66% extra for payments in currencies other than Euro

Payment verification takes approximately 3 days.
Transfer frequency options you can choose:
• Daily
• Weekly
• Monthly
Optionally, you can transfer the funds manually whenever you wish.

Initial Setup and Payment

Afterward, you can choose one of the subscription plans, or continue without subscribing to any plan.

Annual Subscription

Support and clarifications for any requests you may have, in case something is unclear or you need additional information regarding any Stripe service or other technical elements.

PREMIUM Package - Monthly Subscription

Initial Payment: €177 (paid only after account approval by Stripe)

Monthly Subscription: €29.90/month

1-year contract

Included in the package:

• Stripe account setup and approval assurance
• Ongoing technical and strategic support
• Performance optimization suggestions and operational improvements

Terms:

• The client can cancel the subscription at any time.
• Services continue until the end of the paid month.
• If the monthly payment fails, support is automatically suspended after 5 days.

PRO Package

Monthly Payment: €99.90

Included in the package:

• Advanced Stripe account setup and optimization
• 12/7 support for any technical or financial issue
• Proactive management and strategic consulting
• Intervention in case of account blocks, investigations, or sensitive Stripe situations

Terms:

• If payment is not made within 10 days, the service is automatically suspended.
• After suspension, the client can only switch to the standard PREMIUM plan.

General Information for All Plans

For every plan, a separate cooperation agreement will be signed, with mutual consent, to protect the interests of both parties.

The Stripe account is created based on the Czech Republic and verified with an address from this country.
Documentation and user data follow the applicant’s country: Albania or Kosovo.

Completion time for the process: 24–72 hours (up to approximately 2 business days).

1. Do Not Make Changes Without Approval

Changes to account details (name, address, bank connection, business description, etc.) are not allowed without our approval.

The only exceptions are:

• Bank transfers
• Refunds

2. If Stripe Requests Action

If you receive notifications from Stripe, do not act on them yourself. Contact us on WhatsApp: +420 721 688 679.

3. Unauthorized Actions

If you make changes without permission, we will stop support and terminate cooperation immediately, without prior notice.

4. Payment and Support Period

The account creation and verification price: €177. This price includes:

• Full account setup and configuration
• Official verification with Stripe
• 3 months of free support from the date of account delivery

5. After 3 Months

After the free period, you can subscribe for €39.90/year to continue support or choose one of the other subscription packages. If you do not subscribe, technical assistance will no longer be provided by us.

Additional Rules

• Do not share your Stripe credentials with anyone else.
• Do not change bank details without notification — this may cause account suspension.
• Regularly check the Stripe Dashboard or the registered Stripe email for notifications and requests.

Legal Responsibility

You are responsible for the legal and correct use of the account. We are not liable for any violations after account delivery.
